You Talk about the blues People down there got 'em 'Cause you ain't gotta chance If you're down in Black Bottom Omar & The Howlers는 1970 년대부터 오스틴 지역 다운타운에서 활동 하였다. 멤버로는 오마 켄트 디케스 (Omar Kent Dykes, 보컬, 기타), 폴 주니어 (Paul Junior, 베이스), 스티브 킬머 (Steve Kilmer, 드럼) 로 구성 되었으며, 개인적으로 오마의 걸찍한 목소리가 일품 이다. 1970 년대부터 오스틴 지역 다운타운에서 활동 하였으며 데뷔앨범은1980년 Big Leg Beat 를 발표 하였다.
